“The place was loud, messy, had an uncomfortable bed, the bathroom smelled like pee and there was no microwave or mini frig in the room.”

“This motel is conveniently located in the Eastside neighborhood, in the Soquel triangle. We love this neighborhood! A classic 50s style motel, very roomy, great wifi and cable tv, clean and spacious bathroom, comfy bed”

“Great location. Easy walking distance to beach and downtown. The room looked a little worn down and out dated. Thin walls. Was woken up and kept up by loud thumping/stomping noises all morning starting around 6am. ”

“The room has so many tiny moths and spiders. We thought if there was dead flesh somewhere in the room. The pillows are tiny and soft. You could fold 3 times and it wouldn’t be enough to sleep on. The place is an Inn and it has a history. It is supposedly haunted but we didn’t feel an energy (presence). I regretted the decision to stay as soon as I walked in. Spend the extra $100 dollars and stay near the coast in SC.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, with a bathroom that feels like it belongs in a higher-end hotel. The location is perfect for reaching the main beaches at a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again. Special mention to the staff for their kindness!”

“I needed a place to stay over the weekend here in Santa Cruz. When looking up nearby hotels to the event I wanted to go to, this one came up as close. Expedia shows this as a 7.8/10, but when you look it up on google, it says 2/5 star hotel. The thing that made me book the hotel in the first place was the fact that it was cheap and it had advertised on Expedia that it has SOUNDPROOF ROOMS.... this is an absolute lie. Once I got in my hotel room, the people in the conjoining room were blasting...
