The staff here is incredible when it comes to service and helpfulness. I had two issues that they addressed One was my phone service in Italy and the other was my cigarette lighter adapter. Two things out of the hotel norm and they wouldn’t quit till both were resolved.
Also, the restaurant is tops. The chef is excellent and the waiter very prompt and helpful when selecting meals.

Simply the BEST service in all of Turin, from the concierge to the waitstaff and all in between. Amazing Rooftop lounge and great breakfast buffet included with stay.

"Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. Good location with parking. In walking distance from the old town and good restaurants. Our room was facing the street and the windows don’t isolate enough from the traffic, but it’s bearable."
