“Room was good for what we paid. Parking is bad. Was no where to park when we arrived. Breakfast is ok as it's served at the café in the gear station”

“I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. “When I checked in the lady told me there was a mix up with the rooms so they didn't have one available with a kitchenette. When I asked if I would get a lower rate she just said no. It was a busy weekend with the pumpkin festival so I get that they were full but my room looked it was undergoing maintenance and decided to just rent it out. It looked unfinished. Sheets were not clean at all so I informed the front desk and at least she came and changed them right away. It was not a very pleasant...
