“I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. “The bartender wasn’t aware of a reservation (which I booked 36 hrs prior on Expedia) and gave me the last room left #5, right beside the stairs. I signed in gave my credit card for a $200 deposit and headed to my family dinner. I got up to the room around 11:30pm, the bar is closed, no staff on-site.
