“Staff were good”

“A very comfortable king room....the amenities were the best we have had recently. The rm temp was easy to maintain as the window opened! The breakfast was the best! Even the coffee is worth mentioning....always hot and tasty.”

“The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. ”

“Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Parking was a bit difficult at times because we wear attending during a busy week, which wasn’t ideal due to the cold weather at the time. For the price, it’s hard for me to have any complaints about my stay here. Would definitely come back.”

“I will never stay at best western again and i personally hope you are removed from expedia so ppl cannot use visa debits and book to just be told they cannot and be treated as a second class citizen. ”

“Newly renovated and very clean”

“We thought that for the reasonable price we paid we were getting a room with two queen beds. I don’t know if they upgraded us, but we got a really nice huge room with two queens and a full kitchen. It was a great stay. Great breakfast. ”

“I checked out at 1am instead of getting any sleep. Hotel is newer and built cheaply so it’s always loud… you hear every step, every door close, toilet flush etc. light from the side of the hotel comes in the windows, the drapes don’t cover them very well so the room is bright as day 24/7… my bed was either worn out or just way too soft to begin with, my lower back was killing me just from laying there trying to sleep. Pillows are about 3’ round and always bounce back as well so it’s like holding...

“We arrived at the establishment a little earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in time. I had made a request when we made our reservation, a few weeks prior, if we could have a bit earlier check in as we were flying very early in the morning. It was not guaranteed but they would try their best. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to obtain our room a little earlier. We were so grateful!!
