“Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!”

“The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...

“Nice fairly clean room. Comfortable beds, the parking lot was not cleared of ice and snow. Overall a good comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price.”

“You get what you pay for! Staff seemed friendly. Overall room was good, but housekeeping is minimal. The room definitely needed a deeper clean than what was being done regularly. The duvets were pretty dirty and the bathroom was just clean enough to not complain. (Soap buildup visible in the bath, behind toilet was gross and the floors had a bunch of spots that were missed, you could actually see that whoever mopped did 3 swipes and called it a day.)”

“Front desk staff were good. We left mid morning and came back mid afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned after our first of two nights. We grabbed some towels from the ladies with the cleaning carts. Breakfast was the usual. Parking was fine. ”

“First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city.”
