“The amenity we used was the dog run, which we love. There was a time when it was hard to get into it because of the snow or vehicles in front of it, but they no longer allow vehicles to park there. There has been times when the grass has been too long, which makes it hard to scoop poop. But on this visit it was wonderful”

“It is an older building. So the room design is a bit weak. The toilet is very close to the door. Only one at a time to use that area. So if your 2 getting ready in the morning it have to be 1 at a time. As the sink toilet shower are all right area. Parking was ok. Staff fellow was fast to check if in. $125 cdn. But we will move on to another motel next time in West Edmonton. On 118 ave ”

“Check in was ok except I was told the shuttle ran every half hour. I booked a wake up call in the am which was missed by the morning staff ,therefore missed the shuttle on the half hour. No big deal as I had my own alarm set and was only 15 minutes behind. When I came down to the lobby I was told shuttles had to be booked in advance, I had missed the one I was supposed to take and had to take a taxi which was an unexpected expense out of my own pocket. Plus they charged me to park my car during...

“Breakfast was very good. Hot and lots of selection. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed which was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and supplies were also good to have even though coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby area. The only drawback during our trip was extremely noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who kept us up with their noise. This is not the fault of the hotel. There is a quiet time posted from 10pm to...

“The carpet in the hallway and room were very worn out. The breakfast didn’t have many choices. The hotel felt old and needs some renovations. The paint on the bathroom door was worn off. The pillows were old and flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. ”

“Bathroom fan appeard to be blocked, televsion not working, curtains falling off the rod. Furniture in poot condition, no kleenex in room.”
