“We stayed for 9 nights. Staff recognized us and treated us well. The room was great! Very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was always super busy and the staff made sure to keep up. It’s in a great location and we walked everywhere except when we took the metro. Very convenient. ”

“The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!”

“We booked for 2 nights and during our first night the A/C unit started making a loud noise. That next morning I politely notified the front desk and they apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded us to a beautiful suite for our second night. What a fantastic location to the airport and the staff are wonderful. Stayed here many times over the last 15 years and will continue to book my future stays at this location. ”
