Hotel vicino a Parco secolare - Edmonton

“There was no one at the front desk at any time, entering or exiting the lobby. Had to call for check in and check out. On check out approximately 10am a staff appeared (after calling her on the phone) in a bra and sweat pants, barely awake. Carpets throughout were awful(dirty and ruffled). The smell of weed on entering and while walking down the hallway was very prominent.”

“Everything was fantastic EXCEPT we cooked all night as they keep the hotel rooms at 74 and you can not open a window or adjust the settings… we had the worst sleep because it was so hot in the room…. My husband and I both sleep well in cooler environments… but had to keep getting up to put cold water on a face cloth. Unfortunately this will be a deal breaker for future stays ☹️”

“The hotel is great and all! This review needs to SHINE on the staff member who treated us so amazingly well!!! The rest of the staff were fine but we pretty much only interacted with Shine during our few days here. Her name is SHINE at the front desk. She was unbelievable!! Such a kind soul. She went over and above to make our stay more comfortable and one of the best experiences we have had at any hotels. We will be writing a dedicated email to the manager of this particular hotel to express...

“This hotel always checks a lot of boxes for us. But I always forget how badly the bathrooms smell. It’s like someone has urinated from one end of the room to the other. It’s so disgusting.”

“I stay at this hotel once every 6 weeks. I arrive late and leave early, so its really quiet and I don't usually see anyone else except the staff which are super nice and helpful.”

“It was a clean room, however, for the price, you could get a way better room somewhere else. The lady that registered my stay, was rude, distracted and extremely slow. The lady doing my check out was much better. I stay in hotels a lot for work, on average 60% is spent in hotels vs. home. They really needs to step it up.”

“Breakfast was sloppy and I had to argue to get it. The morning staff were not helpful and would discuss why they couldn’t do something, right in front of me whispering which I found non professional. That being said the bar/restaurant staff are amazing and so are the cleaning staff. The beds were some of the best I had ever slept on and the hot tub amenities were so clean that was a set example how all hotels should be. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The carpet was worn and dirty looking and same for the room, the furniture was very shabby and drapes were torn and very shabby actually I would rate the room as the worst I’ve ever stayed in, I believe a refund of money is justified!”
