“We had the most enjoyable stay at the hotel. Friendly staff all round from start to finish. Close to everything. Very nice to start the day with the included breakfast. A great hotel. We would recommend it 100%.”

“The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!”

Staff is friendly.

Cons: Requires PIN with Credit Card inserted (vs Tap) for Room Deposit. ”
“Staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Great spot for kids to enjoy their stay. Their pool amenities were the best in Edmonton. Rooms were spotless.
Our AC stopped working and the room got uncomfortably hot, the front desk staff didnt hesitated to accommodate our needs and moved us to a more comfortable environment; a room with AC.
I will definitely be back again!”
