Well my first sign things were not right at the hotel was, that i was booked into a room 308 that was already occupied by another guest. I went downstairs and they fixed the issue right away and booked me into 310. From here it was all down hill, when i first arrived i had aaked for a 630am wake up call and a shuttle bus for 830am which the employee who originally did out all my paper work said that the bus comes on the :25 & :55 at the hotel so i asked for a 8:25am shuttle bus she wrote it down in front of me, then i asked about the parking for 2 weeks and she said it was x amount of dollars by cash or x amount of dollars if i wanted to pay by debit or credit so i went to the bank machine inside the hotel and got the cash out. Fast forward to the next morning There was no 630am wake up call, there was no shuttle bus oredered for me for 825am which i had to wait until 925am for the next shuttle bus. What an inconvenience to me for traveling.
Will i ever come back to this hotel? Not likely!!!
