“Hello, my stay in Edmonton was amazing. If I could I would love to tell the Hotel that the customer service I received was exceptional Shelly and Connie especially. I do travel a great deal and these 2 ladies blew it out of the water. Thanks to the amazing Casino Team. I’m super happy”

“Super helpful staff. Breakfast was good and had lots of options!”

“Everything was fine, but the pillows were awful thick and firm.”

“Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!”

“The pool area could have used more towels and water clean up ”

“You get what you pay for! Staff seemed friendly. Overall room was good, but housekeeping is minimal. The room definitely needed a deeper clean than what was being done regularly. The duvets were pretty dirty and the bathroom was just clean enough to not complain. (Soap buildup visible in the bath, behind toilet was gross and the floors had a bunch of spots that were missed, you could actually see that whoever mopped did 3 swipes and called it a day.)”

“Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors. General items like tables, toilet and sheets were fairly clean. Hotel lobby was kept moderately clean. Place overall needs a detailed deep clean. Front desk...

“The environment of the hotel seems to improved since our last stay. There is security presence, thus fewer people hanging around the parking lot and surroundings. The hotel seemed to be in good condition, our room was very comfortable and of course we are grateful that pets are welcome! Staff are very friendly, and the coffee in the on-site restaurant is delicious.”

“There was only cool to lukewarm water from the shower the night I arrived, even after running the water for 5 minutes.”

“Terrible when you didn’t done the reservation with them….,,thought Expedia or an other apps their staff they don’t care ,they keep selling the room for others and when you get their they give you a different room you didn’t reserved.”
