Hotel a Stony Plain

“It is small, serves its purpose if there is no one in the pool but if multiple families want to enjoy it then it’s far too small ”

“There was a bed bug in my bed, it was crawling on the pillow i wasnt using. I was terrified”

“Our only problem was with the air conditioning, which would not shut off automatically, and the fan was on high all at all times we were either too cold or too warm. That was our only problem with the room. Thank you.”

“Stayed there for three nights. Front desk staff was good. Rooms look very old and outdated. Beds were pretty good though. Was terribly hot though even with the heaters turned off, had to open a window to cool off and get some fresh air. They had 3 elevators but only 1 was working the time we stayed there which was super inconvenient and they didn't even have stairs you could use to bypass them. On our second night we couldn't even get into our room right away, had to go get our room keys...

“Bathroom fan appeard to be blocked, televsion not working, curtains falling off the rod. Furniture in poot condition, no kleenex in room.”

“Quick check in. One issue with some one making noise the one night had to bang on their door ourselves when it wasn’t taken care of. Beds are comfortable. ”

“With kind and friendly, and helpful service from people like Bev, I will keep coming back...and having Trappers Pub right there is always nice when you have great service from the great folks there too. ”
