“Great!”

“Had trouble with TV....Wifi connection...Called front desk...I was told to "Go into SETTINGS and reset the wifi to the television..Tried to do it....didn't work after numerous tries. PACKED UP MY STUFF and vacated my room (#208) @ approx 7:45 pm, and drove the two hours home. I didn't say anything to the young lady at the front desk. Needless to say..I take my relaxation very seriously. I left with out SAYING anything because I know my temper limitations when I feel disrespected... I WILL NOT...

“Clean, but a few cracks in the walls and sink. Fairly quiet which made the stay relaxing. Breakfast is basic. There weren’t any protein options other than boiled eggs, otherwise it was good. ”

“While check in i was give one key I booked double queen I was accompanied by friend so I asked for another key and the front desk guy asked why I need second key I stay at multiple hotels nobody ask why a guest need on other key you just give it to guest and this guy was very rude it felt like we should not be here or do not want do his job then when I went to into the room the fire place was not working and room was so cold TV was also not working but the room was clean ”

“We have stayed here multiple times over the years and it’s always great: the staff is sweet, rooms are clean, hot breakfast is great, and pool and hot tub are always nice for the family. The kids love the waffle maker and having bacon/sausage and eggs for breakfast. Will stay again!”

“Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Buffet was good, area was kept clean and tidy. Paid through Expedia and...

“We were kept awake all night long by excessive banging from the person next to us who was trashing their room. We called multiple times throughout the night and nothing was done, there were no apologies or rectifications, during the day time that same person had a prostitute in their room, the children had to listen to the sex worker put on a show to say the least. We had to leave and did not get any rest that day either. Again no rectifying anything , I asked three times for the manager to...

“room smelt weird, walls and trim were old and looked gross. shower outdated, and dirty. no microwave. furniture arranged oddly. bad lighting. bedding smelt dusty. whole hotel looked outdated and gross”

“The convenience to Park n Go and the airport is the best. Good breakfast at the in-house restaurant. ”

“Love this hotel, stay often. One of the best free breakfasts you can get and the restaurant/bar in the hotel has always been a great experience and delicious. Airport shuttle is lacking a bit. Shared with multiple hotels. Can potentially have a wait at the airport or hotel while pick-ups and drop offs are being handled from other places. No good gauge on how long it will take. ”
