“Always have a great time staying there.”

“I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on...

“Second stay at this hotel - The room was clean, large and quite nice. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is the noise. I think a lot of families stay at this hotel which is fine; but, it makes for a fair amount of noise from kids running in the halls, playing, etc. Probably just constructed with really thin walls so nothing can really be done which sucks because otherwise a great hotel.”

“The building/room layout and amenities were excellent, the rooms were clean and modern. Love the 24/7 citrus water/coffee/tea station and that they set breakfast bags for people checking out early. The only things that kept me from giving 5 stars are the kid's splash area was out of commission our whole stay and one of the bed frames / mattresses was kind of rickety in our room. We felt comfortable there and would stay again though, our little one loved it and said it was "so cool"!”

“Way overpriced, they failed to mention the 3 different types of taxes on top of the 5% gst and were extremely rude, location was bad would not recommend”

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the chef went above and beyond to please! The hotel also offered wine and cheese ever Monday-Thursday! Very nice perk. This was my 4th stay and I will be back!”

“Location is great for shopping and the rooms are very clean and big, love staying at this hotel.”

“The side lights, by the bed, were both broken. The window had no screen, the hallway light only flickered continuously. The room is very dated and dust and wiped grime all over the tv. Internet was good. Would be a bonus if the fridge was left on so when you put your food in it would be staying cool not waiting to get cool again. Drive into the parking area to 3 outlaw Bikers (staring at you) in the parking lot which didn't make me feel comfortable leaving anything in the truck. Will not be back...
