“Very clean and modern room. One of the best showers I've seen in a hotel of this value. Great location and underground parking was a huge bonus”

“Noise from the room above was higher and only seemed to be from foot steps. I believe the plank flooring if people are wearing shoes is higher than carpeting. Small concession as the cleanliness of the floors with plank flooring is way higher than carpeting.”

“Good hotel to stay at. Kids enjoyed the slide and pool but wished it was a bit deeper where the slide drops in. Hot tub was nice and warm. Good hot breakfast in the morning and lots of other selections. Room was nice and spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable”

“The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were unreasonably lumpy and hard. Time to spring for some new ones. The room was spotless, but smelled a bit like cat litter and room freshener. The stay was fine, we were disappointed to miss the free breakfast - but that was our own fault with timing miscommunication.”

“The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends”

“Staff were excellent. In the middle of renos on the top floor but I didn't notice it at all during our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Located a short drive from West Ed Mall. I'd gladly return.”
