“We checked in and was not really informed about which card on the account was being charged, we thought it was through the Marriot’s reward account but apparently they charged it on the expedia account which is not what we originally want. She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use. “Amazing gym. Cool miniature golf set up. Unfortunately went to have a hot tub and it was cold.”

“Complementary breakfast was good, the drunken people running up and down the hallways at 3am with their relationship drama was annoying but other wise for price it was a decent stay.”

“Our room did not have a microwave, but there was one available near the reception desk. The hotel does not have a pool. The toilet made a lot of noise and did not work properly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were noisy, and the air conditioning was loud enough to disturb sleep.”

“The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again.”

“We went to the room and noticed some issues - no clothes iron - outdated bath tub, broken tissue holder - dried spillage or vomit hidden behind the couch The pool is a decent size for kids. It needs a good cleaning as dirt marks is visible on the poolside. No shower for rinsing. The free breakfast is good for kids. Not much selection. The dog park is not well maintained, poop all over.
