“Not happy to pay early check in fee at 1pm when our room was ready.”

“Room was dirty bathroom was gross other than that staff was okay except the lady who checked us in was chewing on food and was annoying”

“Staff were great, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Shower was mediocre as the water really didn’t get hot. Overall I’d probably stay again ”

“Every thing was awesome even though I slipped In the pool area and hurt my elbow everything else made up for it. It was warm, clean, inviting and breakfast was awesome. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Very clean, spacious and renovated rooms. Good quiet guests while we were there. Quiet and safe area. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very close to WEM. Only thing we didn’t like was that there is one elevator, and it is very busy and slow. ”

“Hotel is right across the street from the mall (not IN the mall). Quick walk to the mall. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Parking is included and had an extra lot around the corner if full. Coffee maker and mini fridge in the room as well.”

“Denny restaurant available 7/24. Good food, reasonably priced. Fast foid available within walking distance. Abundance if shopping within a short drive. Staff very helpful, professional and accommodating. Room is comfortable and secure.”

“Room was spacious. Staff was always making sure fresh towels were brought to the pool, food during breakfast was always filled and tables washed. Great experience I would definitely stay again”

“There was a bit of noise with it being right beside a main road but that was expected. The dark grey brick walls kind of made it feel like walking through a dungeon. But the rooms were ok. Decent lighting, the bed was ok. The breakfast had a decent variety with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, French toast, and my favorite, a waffle maker! ”
