Hotel vicino a Ice Palace - Edmonton

“The room was great! Way more space than we expected. Some peeling paint and the floors could have been a bit cleaner but it was still a great room. Each bedroom had its own temperature setting but if you wanted the main room to be warm the loft got really warm. Breakfast was decent and the staff were wonderful!”

“All was good”

“Great clean place.”

“I stay here every time I got Edmonton usually it’s great. This time however the staff didn’t really want to talk it seemed like I was checking in and it just seemed like they didn’t want to be there.”

“Great staff , spacious parking , very clean room, and a delicious breakfast!”

“Nice clean rooms and quiet”

“The staff were excellent. Good breakfast. Good location near West Edmonton Mall. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot needs cleaning/repairs. Floors throughout felt dirty. Window were dirty. Hallways were very hot. This is very basic accommodation, and priced accordingly.”

“Breakfast was not the greatest but everything else was fantastic”

“The bed was full of dog hair. The door did not lock when shut. Room was changed to a clean one. A late check out was approved which was very nice, however housekeeping was not made aware and was banging extremely hard on the door waking us up in a panic. The “do not disturb” sign was ignored and this happened again one hour later. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were square shaped and stuffed with uneven material. Upon leaving staff did not ask how the stay was.”

“Dripping sound all night, couldn’t sleep well”

“No continental breakfast included but other than that it wasn’t too bad”

“Outdated hotel, but some renovations were going on. Rooms were clean, and had comfortable beds/ pillows.. Basic and simple for the price paid. There was a peculiar smell in the hallways all the time. Overall was OK”

“The room is”
