“What a beautiful spot, we had the room with the king size loft, nicest room we have ever stayed in, would definitely be back!”

“We really enjoyed the unique spaces and additions like pool, games room, and complimentary slushy machine/chocolates in the rooms/rubber ducky. The rooms smelled nice and clean upon entry. We enjoyed the laminate floors in the rooms rather than all carpet. Everyone at the desk was very helpful and kind. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“On arrival we asked about the hot tub and pool, if they were working. Confirmed that both were available. When we got to the pool it was closed for repairs.”

“The breakfast options were lack luster only two hot items and cereal. The coffee was good . We liked the swimming pool wasn’t to deep. Beds were comfortable.”

“The staff at check in were the rudest wickedest people we’ve ever met. Water pressure was so low in the shower that we couldn’t shower properly. Someone upstairs started stomping and jumping on the floor at 5:30am and staff did nothing about it. We asked for 2 extra pillows and a blanket and our room was inspected by the chambermaids. They were not willing to give us extra pillows until they confirmed inside our room that there was 4 of us staying and not enough pillows. This was an invasion of...

“Parking, layout of our room, the AC WAS AMAZING, quiet area, fast check in and check out, friendly, loved how clean our room was to definitely a better experience then my last hotel stay (a completely different radisson hotel), the only thing i would live to mention is the building layout for the elevators you’d have to walk 5-7 mins to get to your hotel room once you got onto your floor, so when we brought in all of our bags it was a little difficult.”

“One of the female employees there was raising her voice at customers. This morning, she approached us aggressively and used offensive language toward us. I had brought five friends with me, and we had rented three rooms. Because of this situation, we canceled all three rooms and checked out. You need to warn your staff and ensure they treat customers respectfully.”

“The owners communicated with us very effectively. The suite is comfortable for five people, although one of the beds is sleeping on the couch. However, I thought the couch was quite comfortable. This is a great suite for a short day when all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Very conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall. I would stay here again.”
