“The toilet in the washroom flushed by itself every 30-45 minutes and when we told about it to the front desk lady she did not even apologized about and felt bad even we said we had a restless night because of the washroom toilet flushing every 30-45 mins. ”

“First off, there is no parking at the property so unloading your luggage is a pain! Secondly, if you need a cool room to sleep, I strongly recommend you skip this hotel. We had a west facing room on white ave that got very hot at night. You can’t exactly open the windows because of the party noise from the nearby clubs. And the property does not turn their AC on until the summer, as per management. Fortunately management was reasonable to deal with and helped compensate us for the issues.”

“This property is budget friendly and is located in a central downtown location. The room was average as expected, dated and showing its age. It could use a good cleaning as windows in lobby and room as well as elevators/floors need attention. The breakfast was good with an assortment of options. Pool and hot tub are small but a nice amenity to have. Nighttime outside the hotel is noisy but earplugs help. It’s an older property and expectations should be such.
