“The room says it is non smoking but we had a horrible smoke smell in our room. The rooms are outdated and dusty.”

“Great option as it is right on the walkway to the water. Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Lounge and Restaurant. We ate at both the Restaurant and Lounge and the food was really good, pricey but good.”

“Had a two night stay and had the worst hotel experience ever. Night 1 minus 15 outside and patio door would not close properly hence cold draft all night, second day asked to change rooms and they put us in a room with no hot water. Two hours before checkout the next morning hot water worked. Provided us with a free breakfast and didnt charge us for parking….. but charged full price for the two nights. I will never go back.”

“Hotel staff was very friendly however I wanted a microwave in the room so I was put room in a building on the property but not attached to the main hotel ( no lobby no vending machines ) it was across the parking lot!) the food in the hotel restaurant wasn’t that great also”

“We arrived late from the via train (4am and heavily delayed). The hotel accommodated us and were so helpful. We wanted to extend our stay and the hotel facilitated this with no problems whatsoever. Front desk staff were amazing. Sometimes vagrants wander into the hotel but the security is usually on the ball and sort the issue out. I would recommend this hotel.”

“This is such a comfortable room two kings two bathrooms full kitchen, living room ,3 TVs and in suite laundry. It doesn’t get better than that. Price is reasonable too.”

“This property is definitely dated. Parking is $25 above room rate. Pillows are quite hard. On the plus side, the location and views are outstanding. These are the two reasons we would consider booking again if the room rate was competitively discounted.”
