“The staff was so amazing, we booked our wrong date and they gave us free cancellation, as well as let us to rebook for the correct night. With an upgraded stay. The facilities is clean, gorgeous and everything is just so clean. Definitely recommend doing the valet parking. Will be staying there all the time now”

“This hotel is ok on the inside but it’s like a war zone of junkies surrounding it. While we were parked out front checking in my wife was in the car and junkies were banging on her window asking for change and cigarettes. Sad to see what downtown Edmonton has become. Inside the hotel was fine but outside is a nightmare.”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel before and is generally an overall good stay, however, this most recent stay had us in a room that was not as good as the first time. Doors didn’t quite close right, TV stopped working twice, but the staff did come to fix it quickly. Elevator service can be a little slow. Would stay again.”
