“Had trouble with TV....Wifi connection...Called front desk...I was told to "Go into SETTINGS and reset the wifi to the television..Tried to do it....didn't work after numerous tries. PACKED UP MY STUFF and vacated my room (#208) @ approx 7:45 pm, and drove the two hours home. I didn't say anything to the young lady at the front desk. Needless to say..I take my relaxation very seriously. I left with out SAYING anything because I know my temper limitations when I feel disrespected... I WILL NOT...

“I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door.
