“Hotel was very easy to find, it’s centre, close to everything (gas station, restaurants, fast food places & there’s even a liquor store across the street), receptionist was friendly but professional (although she seemed like she was on another call while checking me in), she helped me changed to a different room when I asked. “A decent room at a decent price for a one night stay. It was quiet and the staff was helpful the next morning when I needed an iron/board.”

“Easy and very friendly check-in. Beds were super comfy and room was very clean. The only downside is that the breakfast is not a 'hot' breakfast. There is no meat or eggs, and the waffles are prepackaged for the toaster. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, just don't come expecting eggs, sausage or hash browns.”

“You get what you pay for! Staff seemed friendly. Overall room was good, but housekeeping is minimal. The room definitely needed a deeper clean than what was being done regularly. The duvets were pretty dirty and the bathroom was just clean enough to not complain. (Soap buildup visible in the bath, behind toilet was gross and the floors had a bunch of spots that were missed, you could actually see that whoever mopped did 3 swipes and called it a day.)”

“Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors. General items like tables, toilet and sheets were fairly clean. Hotel lobby was kept moderately clean. Place overall needs a detailed deep clean. Front desk...

“The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.”
