“Was a pretty good hotel for how close it is to the parks however there was a schedule for the parks and on their advertisements it said they shuttle to disney springs which they did not. The room was average and pretty clean, we got an accessible room when we didn't ask for one or need it. They stored our luggage for us as we arrived earlier in the day however when we got back to collect it she had given me the wrong tags to go with my luggage. “I’ve stayed here 3 times it does not disappoint! First two visits I had a view of the Tower of Tower and Epcot and could see the fireworks from both parks. This time I had a view of the Dolphin and didn’t realise until I heard the bangs I could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my balcony. The location can’t be beaten being walkable to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. My parents were given a room near mine which was really good of the staff to arrange when it was separate bookings.
