“The room was very clean. Julio( chef at breakfast) did a fantastic job handling 3 omelet pans and the waffle maker as well as restocking items needed for omelets. I was totally amazed at his efficiency. Our waiters Carlos (breakfast) and Jacob (dinner) were very observant of our needs and extremely polite. Would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly! I was happy that the elevators to the rooms were conveniently located right by the casino not having to go outside or walk a distance!”

“Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again!”

“Very surprising for Red Roof Inn but it was very clean hardwood floors decent bathroom mini fridge comfortable bed easy parking I would recommend stay in the here again definitely for the price”

“The room was very clean, cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was delicious. I loved that a couple of the items were changed out. It's great to get such a wonderful variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast. The eggs, sausages, and oatmeal were the best. ”

“We ended up staying last minute after our other reservation turned out poorly. The evening desk reception woman was very welcoming and we were able to get the suite we wanted. Loved that breakfast was till 10 am on Sat and Sunday. Also, a 12pm check out was wonderful so we didnt feel rushed in the morning. ”
