“Older property with very hospitable staff and excellent hot breakfast!”

“Noisy above the room”

“We were there for three days and not once did they make our bed, empty our trash or bring clean towels. The lighting in our room was extremely inadequate. Our toilet was wobbly. The pool had crumbling concrete around the edge which kept falling into the pool. There were cockroaches. One morning the milk gravy was literally cold. They ran out of orange juice, milk and forks but no one replaced them. There was no one around to check and see if any breakfast items needed to be replenished. ...

“The Comfort Inn & Suites in Hannibal, Mo. was exceptional! Very clean, pleasant staff and a wonderful breakfast. The rooms weren’t just clean, they were well maintained. And the cost was very reasonable. We give this hotel a two thumbs up!!!”

“The rooms were nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it never changed from day to day (we were there for 5 nights on business). Also, I’m pretty sure the elevator is haunted… listen for the dreadful *sigh* when going up.”

“Waiting on slow elevation was a drag. It think cleaning staff was doing something but waiting for several minutes was a bore. Ended up taking stairs”

“The room was great and the breakfast was pretty good, but I didnt find out the pool was closed until i went to ck in and that is the whole reason i booked this hotel. they couldnt even give a reason why or how long it was down for and this was on july 4 2026 very hot out too! was very frustrated”
