“Pleasant enough stay. Room was well sized worh a window that opened. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Car parking is free which is rare for hotels in the area. Its also in a rural area so quiet which was perfect. Tea and coffe is a kettle, no coffee machine but this is stated on the he hotel details. “Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”
