The concierge Anh Tran was more than helpful, he suggested many special things to see and do, he was great. And Tiep helped greatly with taxis. “Actually, the hotel itself was mostly fine & my room was comfortable, but I was often the only guest & the hotel is literally the only completed & habitated place in this giant conceptualized city. I’m talking hundreds of units with roads & infrastructure all abandoned, with apparently no plans to complete. “Sehr schöne 2 Tages Kreuzfahrt. Man wird mit einem Tenderboot ca 25 Minuten zum Schiff gebracht. Essens gut. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Toll der kleine beheizte Pool am Bug des Schiffes Absolut zu empfehlen. ”

“Everything was good except they did not properly instruct our non speaking taxi driver that they arranged for transport to Hanoi airport and he took us to the wrong terminal after giving them correct information. Very annoying”

“Capella cruise absolutely exceeded our expectation. We stayed in a family suite and the room was wonderful and spacious with unbelievable views from the balcony and windows. The food was fantastic and the itinerary was well put together. Kids had so much fun swimming. The time flew by. Would definitely recommend this cruise. Thank you to all the staff and the surprise birthday celebration that was done for our eldest child. ”

“Overall our experience was very good fresh towels everything day rooms clean, staff were happy and helpful, breakfast was good, fresh and plenty of choice. Only thing that let it down for us was outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and as we were long stay customers we were looking forward to a couple of relaxing days by the pool. Although there was still an indoor pool it felt stuffy. Obviously this is no reflection on the staff who never failed to disappoint ”

“The room was clean, up to date, and bed was comfortable. Security and staff were very courteous. Was walkable to several restaurants. There is a wonderful Indian restaurant within walking distance as well as coffee shops. Around the corner is a restaurant with an American breakfast on the menu. “Five stars for the staff alone! Sophie at the front desk was very professional, kind, and so helpful from check-in to check-out. She also went above and beyond to help me with transportation back to Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and, most importantly, very quiet—perfect for getting a good night's rest in a busy city. The central location and terrace view are unbeatable. I'll definitely be back! The breakfast buffet was amazing.”
