“The hotel and room was beautiful. However, the food was not up to the standard of Vietnamese or Western cuisine. It lacked the correct taste/seasoning. For an area such as Ha Long bay where the food options are not plentiful like Hanoi, the hotel must improve their overall food experience. ”

“We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach”

“Da evitare, cibo di scarsa qualita, bagni con porta sapone pericolosi in coccio, rotto uno me lo fanno pagare 4 volte il reale costo ed in piu mi prelevano dalla carta di credito piu del prezzo pattuito...scarsa professionalita...inoltre la barca non si è mossa dalla zona turistica piena di barche, poche attivita nelle zone piu belle si consiglia di sceglierne altre a prezzi piu umani visto il posto”

“Die Zimmer war angenehm und groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Mit dem kostenlosen Schuttle (alle 20 min) kann man Paradise Bay erreichen wo man in einem Pool und einen künstlichen Strand entspannen kann. Für eine Nacht um den Cruise am nächsten Morgen bequem und stressfrei aus Tuan Chau zu erreichen war das Ganze eine sehr gute Erfahrung”

“Capella cruise absolutely exceeded our expectation. We stayed in a family suite and the room was wonderful and spacious with unbelievable views from the balcony and windows. The food was fantastic and the itinerary was well put together. Kids had so much fun swimming. The time flew by. Would definitely recommend this cruise. “Our group of 7 had a wonderful night on Erina Cruise. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff are very attentive and we enjoyed the activities offered. The pool is quite shallow but it was good for sitting in and our 4 year old loved it. Plenty of food options at each meal so there was something for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend.”
