“Nice stay - I always stay there when I’m in the area for work, and occasionally when visiting family. Location is convenient, quiet, clean and great views of town and the harbour. Room was a bit too warm and stuffy for my taste and didn’t seem to be able to regulate totally. Also, didn’t appreciate having housekeeping knock on my door a minute or 2 past 11. ”

“We arrived on Friday afternoon for our Anniversary weekend after driving in from Truro,only to be told there would be no hot water until Monday. We had already booked a 2 night stay and chose to leave after the first night as it was unsanitary at the least. ”

“Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Stains on sheets, blankets, and pillows and curtains. Dead bugs, in light fixtures and cupboards. Oven looked like it was never cleaned. Holes in walls, furniture was broken, legs hanging off of night tables, table lamp electrical shock when touched. Broken shelves in bathroom. Bathroom not stocked with towels, and regular toiletries. Grimy stains on walls, moldy windows and no grout in shower. Wheelchair ramp not shovelled. Would not recommend and will not go back. ”
