There were limited food options near the property, we ended up ordering in twice during our stay. Also, where there wasanair conditioner in the room it was not very effective, leading to a hot stuffy room at night. On the upside it is very close to a metro station (approx 5-7 minute walk away) andthe breakfast options are good.

Great location and good service

VERY clean and great value for location just south of Plaza Mayor. Excellent wifi quality. Despite being on a small street, it is quite busy. Between that and very loud construction (late May/early June 2024), would recommend requesting a room in the back if you are a light sleeper.

We only stayed here one night and chose it for it's proximity to the train station since we had an early train the following morning. It was a cool, unique hotel but we didn't utilize it for a base during our stay in Madrid so I can't really comment on anything other than what we used it for: convenient access to the train station. The staff was friendly, the unit clean and the esthetic cool.

I loved the statues in the facade ( i’m a musician) and the cool old theatre. The vibe of this place is casual but very attentive as needed. The staff were a lot of fun and had great suggestions for dinner hot spots. A Low key luxurious respite in the heart of centro tourist action!
