People so kindness helpful and smiling all the time and they made easy any request

Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it.

We loved everything about the resort but more important, the people who make everything happen day in and day out. The staff is very friendly and welcomed us from the first minute we arrived. The view and location is great but the staff make it excellente!!! Also a big shout out to Cendri, Wilson, Hernandez , and Sexy Chocolate as well! Thank you for a wonderful trip and experience!

The property has the potential to be beautiful. The peddling was a big turn off. They are intrusive and pushy and they are all day everyday up and down the beach. They gather in groups and stand in front of the beach where the lounge chairs are laid out. So instead of enjoying the beach, you are watching and listening to them. There are a few who plug their phones into the tree outlets and do not turn the ringer off. They leave the phone while they work so you are listening to a phone ring non stop for hours while they walk the beach trying to sell you things. It would have been more enjoyable had they just set a spot at both ends of the beach for you to go to them if you wished to buy anything. The beach felt safe at all times including in the evening. The staff did a good job of this. The food was good. There was a variety, you will not go hungry. The service was mostly just okay. There is definitely an attitude of displeasure and sarcasm for the guests amongst the younger servers especially men in their mid twenties to mid thirties. We tipped good every single time and the service did not get any better. The older servers were pleasant, kind and hardworking. The first day of room service, my purse/bag had been searched through. There was nothing of value in the bag and nothing was taken but it was definitely searched through. Overall,the property has potential to be great. The workers cleaning the seaweed did an amazing job keeping it clean. Tip these guys!

I’m on my honeymoon with my husband and this was our first time here. It was so peaceful, professional staff and so clean! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The pros are that it is really a place to relax. A couple of cons are the beach hagglers don’t take “no” right away as your final answer. just keep saying no until they leave. But there is security on beach and though they are nice they will keep trying to make a sell. The water was perfect to swim in, the food is 4/5. The steak house is there best restaurant on site
