“On arrival, it was very hot and muggy so when we walked in our room, the staff had the A/C turned super cold and it was so thoughtful of them to care about our needs.
There were just a couple issues during our stay: bathtub was very slippery as the non-skid tape was minimal; and the Keurig did not work properly - when asking the front desk about it, the response was "I've never stayed in the rooms so I don't know about that". Other than those 2 issues, I give 5 stars. Room was very clean, staff...

“Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.”

“It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing.”

“Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign.
The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour?
Yes and yes there was unidentified debris and dark stains on the floor.

“Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!”

“The floor in our room was absolutely filthy! We ended up cleaning it with our used towels because it was so sticky and black. Our feet were so dirty after walking on it we could even get into the bed. Also you need to install strips into the bath tub. It was so slippery and extremely dangerous!”
