“I have stayed in several hotels in this area and decided on this hotel because they offered laundry which I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities such as the fitness center , laundry facilities and the room itself. I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness only because the hallway and garbage by the elevator was overflowing and it smelled strong. The room itself was clean and quiet and I loved the wall unit A/C. It was well stocked with supplies. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I have stayed in this hotel twice primarily for the convenience of location to airport and many restaurants. As an IHG platinum member I was not recognized upon check in. I was in room 106 first visit which was located very close to front desk and dining hall. It was very noisy in the morning. “DISGUSTING!!!! I have NEVER left a bad review until now. This place was absolutely awful. Roaches crawling on the walls. Stains on the towels. A brown poop looking substance on the wall beside the toilet. Staines that appeared to be either blood or Taco Bell sauce on walls and doors. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Floors unswept. Worms walking on the walls. Stains on curtains. This was a first and last for me within 10 minutes of walking into the room.”

“Easy to park, convenient breakfast, the one staff member I witnessed during my stay was very helpful, but I believe she was there running the front desk in the evening, was also running it still in the morning and working on serving all of the breakfast items. “I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door.

“My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. Non smoking room smelled like a smoking room
Took our bags every time we left the property did not feel comfortable
Bathroom was dirty and fixtures were loose
