“The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. I went downstairs and the lady at the front desk said what do you want? I told her she fixed it. I went to biffys because according to online they were supposed to be open. They were not so we had to leave again to...

“This place was clean and well kept. The bathroom in the room was our biggest issue. We only had one towel upon arrival. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t believe us when we asked for more. The toilet and sink looked like they came out of a preschool bathroom. Extremely short . I don’t have very long legs and the toilet was below my knees!
The pool area was nice but poorly lit in the evening. It closes at 9pm which seems a bit early being that it’s indoors.

“Okay stay - not the best but not the worst. Needed to ask for a room change as first room was not clean (hair on sheets). Wifi exists but is not reliable. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast is not very good but there is a waffle iron and a few grab and go items. No fruit or yogurt. Desk is often empty and you have to call...

“Best Westerns are usually clean with friendly staff, and this one in Arkansas City was exceptionally clean. The night clerk who checked us in was very polite and very helpful. We couldn't asked for a better accommodation and staff for our stay.”
