“Purtroppo, avendo una certa età, non ci aspettavamo di capitare in un ostello della gioventù (non era infatti specificato nella presentazione di Expedia). Non c'è ascensore ed abbiamo dovuto portarci valigie molto pesanti al 2 secondo piano. Abbiamo scoperto al mattino che dovevamo lavare le tazze della colazione, peraltro poverissima. In compenso l'atmosfera era piacevole e molto internazionale”

“Relatively clean student hostels however the bathroom could be cleaner. Location is awesome walking distance to everything. Breakfast was great too given it’s included. Would recommend!”

“VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

“Ok, it is a student residence so I did not expect the room service. BUT for >130$ per night the complimentary set (=all services for the stay) consisted of one soap, one roll and half of toilet paper and one paper glass. One single towel for a week. All systems were outdated (plugs, no air cond, etc.). No kitchen but a living room with sink, toaster and boiler. Or no ome told me that there were a kitchen. Furniture and interiors are sad. So consider it just in absence of other cheap options.”

“On a bien apprécié la position de l’hôtel, dans le quartier des spectacles de la Old Town de Montréal. La chambre était propre, confortable et spacieuse. On avait déjà séjourné ici, donc on a décidé de réserver cet hôtel car on connaissait déjà le bon rapport qualité/prix. ”
