“Only giving two stars because of the staff member who was there when we arrived and the quality of the breakfast. Otherwise, terrible experience.
The staff member who checked us in was very helpful, especially when the first set of keys didn't work and again when I had to ask for extra towels (only two bath towels in a two bedroom suite booked for a family of 5). The room was gross — we found a pair of men's boxer shorts in the bathroom, secondary sink in the second suite room was not cleaned....

“I was considering the Marriot Towne Center in Charleston WV first bc my family was there. I'm glad I choose Microtel. Wow what a difference! My family was not at all happy at the Marriot and I could definitely see the upscale difference. My room was crisp and clean. The bathroom the same. The amenities in the room the best. Although the Continental breakfast was same as most, at least it was offered free. Marriot nothing free for breakfast. I chose the side facing away from parking lot bc it...

“Perfect stay for us. Room was nice, clean , beds and linens comfortable. Restaurant onsite was very cute, comfortable with good food & great service.
Breakfast was included and good in a nicely appointed area.
We did not use
Pool but itblooked clean and well kept.
Were a little worried as we typically wld not stay in a Quality Inn as many seen run down and dated. But we trusted the reviews and they were right !
Location was perfect for our needs.
If back in the area, will definitely ...

“Room was good. Only booked to sleep for the night and the bed was comfortable. Upon booking it says buffet breakfast but all there was, was waffle maker dry cereal toast bagels muffins instant oatmeal hard boiled eggs , coffee and juices. I guess it was set up like a buffet but not what I’m use too or was expecting. Room was clean too”
