“Four of us stayed here for 3 nights in June 2026 Rooms were clean and adequate. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, staff were super helpful. Had gluten free bread for one of our party on the second day of our stay after we asked. Went above and beyond to help. Pool was really nice. Excellent location. Perfect stay!”

“Be aware that the pictures are NOT what the motel looks like. The rooms were FILTHY! “They stayed the rooms were just cleaned” Fixtures were rusted and were barely attached to the walls. When we went to get our money back so like we could move to another place. They offered to move us to the other side were the rooms are cleaner (which was not the case at all!) We were informed that they don’t give refunds! So we went to dinner, had to eat the loss, and find a new place to stay!”

“There was no check in information sent to me before getting to the property. Checkin was at 4 and could not get into property without calling guest services once getting to the guard shack. Had to call the management company guest services to get into property. “Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

“Nice resort and property. Perfect for meetings at the convention center. Condo could use some updating but comfortable and good value. Some stains on furniture, blinds in bedroom are broken and no mats or rugs to catch sand. There is a shelf in the bathroom that is over the toilet that is a dangerous risk for hitting head.
