“The room was large but there was an odd smell when you came in the room. The shower had been redone and looked fabulous. The shower head had a water saver installed some the pressure was lacking, took 3 times as long to shower. Did do a load of laundry while staying. Didn't check out the pool.”

“Brian, the night desk attendant, was FANTASTIC during my stay. I’m new to the area and stayed for a few nights while doing some training for a new job, and he recommended dinner spots that never failed to hit EXACTLY what I needed. If I needed anything, he was polite and helpful and also hilarious. The rooms have self-contained air conditioning and get down to 61 degrees, which is fantastic in the Arkansas summers.”

“We checked in to the first room and it had a weird smell and the smoke detector had a screw in the speaker so it was continuously beeping. They moved us to another room and the smoke detector was working correctly. However, I rented the room so we could enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. The swimming pool was not clean or usable during our stay. It had not been cleaned or taken care of in awhile.”

“I had a reservation scheduled from May 28 through May 30. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay in the room on the first night (May 28). I understood that I may not have been eligible for a refund for that night, but I attempted to cancel my reservation through Expedia before the cancellation deadline. Expedia informed me that they were reviewing my case and that it could take 24–72 hours for a resolution.
