“The room we had had a really really old tub and toilette room. It wasn’t as described in the pictures. The room was smelling bad, like humid and old. The only updated thing was the bad and tv.”

“Rated high, but far from it. Little to no breakfast items, hairball on our towels, stain on one comfortor, construction workers sitting on the sidewalks and took up back half of the hotel. Ice machine located in a very small laundry room that was dirty and they didn't have a dryer. One of the staff members was extremely rude. General Manager apologized for his staff member and did credit me one night which was very appreciated.”

“Property was dirty and the rooms were not ready for check-in. Myself along with at least 4 other reservations had to wait for at least an hour for our rooms to be cleaned. Then they smelt so Stong with cleaners that we got headaches.”

“I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. “This place was perfect. We had the 2 king size bed room. We needed up having the room for handicap. So it was extra wide and very comfortable/ nice. Floors were very clean. Shower was amazing! Loved the 2 king size bed option, we have 2 teen girls that we travel with for softball and it was EXTREMELY comfortable for them! Sheets/ blankets/ pillows were wonderful. “To start, the drain pipe on the front of the hotel was on the ground. Great sign of how the rooms are maintained (they're not). We walk in the front door at about 10pm and see another couple who had been waiting for a clerk to check them in for 15 minutes. One of them went behind the counter in the back room trying to find an employee.
