“Loved this place! Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

“I was a bit disappointed with Premier Inn based on this stay. We arrived at 2pm, an hour early for check in but a reasonable time you would think. They wanted to charge us £15 to check in early, implying the room was ready anyway, so that was just profiteering. We felt we'd paid a lot already, although in fairness it was bank holiday weekend. This hotel is clearly populated by people crossing the channel, not staying more than one night as we did. The room was rather basic and a bit drab, two...

“When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready.
Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them.
