“Parking was straightforward and easy. We booked a specific room, but upon check-in, we received a completely different one. The staff took days to resolve this issue and were unprofessional about it. We checked in on Wednesday, and by Friday, they demanded we be downstairs with all our luggage by 11am and informed us our correct room wouldn't be ready until after 4pm. “All I can truly say is, “You’ll get what you pay for”
I have stayed at extended stays for short trips before and this has to be by far the worst! From the broken beds to the roaches and don’t get me started on the smell. The hotel smelt like wet clothes that was left in a bag for days. Never again!!!!!!!”
