“When I first arrived they put me in a room that wasn’t complete so I had to go back down the stairs to get it corrected, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, the bathroom wasn’t clean enough dog hair every where, the refrigerator didn’t work properly either.”

“You get what you pay for. But that doesnt diminsh the value at this property. Its a kioskbto check in, get keys, and all that. Its different. Unique. Had 2 stays, 1 for 2 nights and added another night. I thought that they wouldve rolled over the pet deposit or incidentals. They released them whch takes a few days to reclect so it kinda was an annoyance to put it back down. But with the 2nd deposit it was $50 but my bank would show it as $60 on my end. The guy didnt understand what I meant when...

“The hotel is beautiful and clean.
There was a male at check in and he was very rude. I asked for pool towels and the basically threw them down. Terrible customer service. Everyone else were nice.
Balcony views are amazing.”
