“Staff members were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel is older and needs renovation; especially the bathroom in our room. The shower did not work properly, there was rust and mold around the tub. I was staying in the hotel for a next morning procedure at the local hospital. I stay in the area often and this was the first time I had stayed at this property. Unfortunately it will be my last time staying here.”

“Stayed 3 nights here for a business trip. It’s under construction but no bother on that part. Breakfast was the same thing for the first two nights and was okay but would rather eat elsewhere. Room service did not show up on the second day and I found a live roach in the room by the night stand. Unfortunately my sleep was also disturbed on four separate occasions. The first night there were guest in the parking lot talking really loudly and drinking until at least 2am. And again I was woken up...

“The desk clerk named “Mimi” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to us when we discovered that our reservation had not been effective. She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!”

“I’m not sure how this hotel has comments about its cleanliness because it’s easily the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at in recent years. Besides being dirty, it’s in disrepair and the floors have soft spots where it feels like you are going to fall through. We will not be back.”
