“This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant. You could say you get what you pay for but we stayed here for a World Cup game and paid a lot more than this place is worth. Knowing the hotel would be...

“This is a CLEAN refurbished Motel 6- excellent value for a no-frills room. Non-smoking but lingering smoke smell in the halls despite a solid a/c blasting cold air. Room had a full-size frig that was broken but was replaced same day by maintenance, so no worries there. This is billed as extended stay location, so our room didn’t get cleaned but we didn’t want to be bothered anyway- very simple to go to the front desk and get fresh towels.”

“Computer system failed and customers could not check in even with prior reservation and the clerk locked up and left.
Ended up going to Metcalf and 108th st. which was a major dump. Stained sheets on both beds horrible pillows, gross bathroom (I refused to shower there). I slept on top of the bed, fully clothed using my duffel bag as a pillow. Let’s not forget to mention that I woke up to a brown recluse search searching for its next meal on the very bad I was sleeping in.
