“Staff was helpful in some aspects They room was clean but experienced many problems such as the sink drain pipes kept on leaking dispite. The maintenance team fixing it 3 times The ac worked half of the time and the whole place smells like dmc fried chicken from downstairs and the shower privacy glass is still an issue allowing people from the bedroom to see people nearly naked in the shower. we tried to communicate with staff abour these issues and to shift rooms but they wouldn't shift us to a...

“It took a day or two to warm up to The Beachouse. I was expecting more of a resort-feel but instead it felt like an upmarket backpackers. The breakfast supplied was very basic..cornflakes and weetbix, bananas, toast and spreads but you could buy a cooked breakfast. But it was very clean, and the food changed for evening meals and was very nice, especially the curries. “I booked this place because it was right next to the dive shop I was diving with.
The place looks great from photos, unfortunately the rooms are very run down with paint coming off the ceiling in the bathroom and water stains on the floor and even baked on grime on the bathroom mirror.
The staff were helpful but the restaurant was lacking alot of food from the menu and even coke was not available at the bar.
Outside my room I found several empty beer bottles and some old food containers that...

“The on night duty staff was making a lot of noise making video call and talking that loud. staff bring there kids at the work place when we try to have a rest they have been making a lot of noise and running around the area, so we couldn’t rest well.”

“Our room overlooked the sea and we had a patio on the second floor. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Our room was maintained daily which was nice to come back and have a fresh bed and towels. The connivence of having little shops on the premises and very local enough to walk to with a sunny view and sunset view in the evenings was something else. Would 1000% go back if for nothing else but to see the family we made whilst staying. 🌸❤️🙏”

“Fantastic property. Well maintained. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool and nice to have cooking facilities. A close walk to several great restaurants. Not really a beach you can swim at but a good base to adventure from. ”
