“I paid extra to book a room with two beds for my family we checked in and the room we got only had one so I went to the desk to ask them to correct the mix up and showed the reservation, figured it was a small mix up. The host responded by saying “what I have is the room you’re in if you don’t like it you can leave.” And walked into the back room”
