“The checking was easy & staff were friendly, The room is up 2 flights of stairs, it is very dated & could do with some tlc. The walls had splatter & marks where something had run down them & the bathroom was dirty in the corner. We couldn't get any hot water from the taps so used the kettle which didn't turn itself off. “I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful.”
