“Old and tired facilities. Dirty carpets in hallways. Bathroom door would not close because the entire frame was warped.
Air conditioning in lobby was broken and swimming pool was closed because of repairs.
Inadequate staffing for the breakfast, one person taking care of two facilities.
There were two units at this location, one was for guests with pets, the other was for non pet . We were placed in the pet facility without given a choice.
Horrible experience.”

“Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.”
