“Check in was horrible. Staff couldn’t be bothered to wait on us and then were so distracted they didn’t give us directions to our room or explain the breakfast and other amenities. Our keys were put on the counter and they turned to another guest. The bathroom grout was disgusting. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was out of food by 8am with no move to replenish it. Confused at the high rating. Won’t stay here again and I’m usually easy going.”

“The 2nd floor REEKED of marijuana. My room did too when I first arrived.
The room was squelching hot.
I had to ring the bell three times to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk.
There was no one at the desk for checkout so I just left.
The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.”
