“The staff were friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel and aren’t concerned about much else, this may be a suitable option.
We stayed for seven nights, which ended up feeling much longer than we would have liked. On our second day, housekeeping refreshed our towels but accidentally left our room door open all day. After that experience, we chose not to use housekeeping services again, which became inconvenient when it came to managing our trash.

“Visiting Oneonta to attend baseball games at Cooperstown All Star Village. It is a short 10 minute drive away.
A clean and comfortable hotel near a small shopping mall. Staff was overly welcoming and attentive to our questions and to provide assistance. This general manager has surely established a professional atmosphere as exhibited by the employees we met and our observation of the overall appearance of the hotel. A quiet atmosphere for families and a pool for the young at heart. ...

“When we arrived at our room and walked in the beds were all disheveled, bathroom a mess and room was a mess. Got switched to another room, smelt like stale smoke when we walked in. Beds were uncomfortable with one pillow. When I took a shower it was warm at best. And for the price we paid because it was a graduation weekend makes it more infuriating. Never again!”
