“The staff at this hotel are excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they are carrying this property harder than any hotel staff should have to.
The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment. The air conditioner in my room appeared to be falling apart and was literally supported by what looked like a piece of 2x4 lumber underneath it. The bathroom was functional but looked tired and somewhat questionable.

“While rooms were clean, the property is in dire need of repairs and refurbished. Mold on ceiling in multiple places in the bathroom. Tile falling off shower enclosure, furniture is sticky and needs replaced. Pool floor was also filthy. Previous reviews stated rooms were nice and clean, while maybe clean definitely need lots of repairs. Also, the humidity in the rooms and halls is awful. We may have been in a room yet to be updated?
Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location to Downtown...
