“Door lock worked only after several tries. Bed was horrible. Mattress should be thrown in the trash. The sink faucet when turned on splashed water all over the floor. Front door had a "gap" as the bottom. The room however was clean. The A/C vent was damaged but worked. All in all I could not sleep on the bed and did not stay the second night.”

“The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. Unfortunately that wasn't the only one. My nephew...
