“The free breakfast always ran out, almost like they never made enough and I would go early but there was never enough food I guess only scrambled eggs were available but everything else at the hotel was perfect the beds were very comfortable with we decided to rent another day to stay Ill definitely go back it sure was worth it

“Arrived early. Didn't get into almost 4 hrs after checking time. Pictures on site show stepping onto beach from HOTEL. not! You have to get across a 4 lane highway first. We also reserved a beach front view and was told that they all are. Not! Didn't pickup trash from room each day. Show a outside pool and it was on adjacent property.”

“The air in the room was on full blast and everything in the room was wet. The floors, counter tops, furniture. Woke up the next morning to cockroaches roaming around. Also had to pay another deposit when we checked in. They said we would get it back when we checked out, but in reality it was 5 days. Definitely not worth the $ we spent. Also the pool is a joke it’s about the size of a parking spot. I’m sure it was a last minute decision. Only good thing was waking up to the ocean rt there. Next...

“Booked wrong airport Hobby instead of Bush. Contacted within 5mins of booking after realising my error. It was close to midnight when I booked after a flight delays and missed connections. They denied the cancellation. I tried again but they did not budge. Terrible long term business vision.”
